Digital delivery and licensing terms

This page explains how Stitch Nexa digital embroidery files are licensed, when refunds apply, and how payments are verified before any file is released.

Digital files are non-refundable once they have been unlocked and downloaded, because embroidery files can be reproduced without loss. Refund requests are reviewed only for files that were not delivered due to a verified technical fault.

Purchased embroidery files grant the buyer the right to produce finished garments and embroidered goods for commercial sale. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of the raw digital files in any format is not permitted.

Payment is verified on the server through the payment gateway before any file is released. A success-page redirect alone never unlocks downloads, and files are only released once settlement is confirmed.

Checkout controls and payment status are managed through the live gateway integration, which requires configured payment credentials before orders can be processed.
