Design files are supplied as compressed ZIP archives containing DST, PES, JEF, EXP, and VP3 variants where the design listing includes them. Check the product's stitch details and format list before purchase to confirm compatibility with your machine.

Downloads are released only after payment is verified on our server. Once verified, files stay available in your account under order history and downloadable purchases.

We accept Visa and Mastercard through a payment gateway approved for our business account. Payment confirmation is checked server-side; a success-page redirect alone never releases files.

Turnaround depends on artwork complexity and the requested dimensions and format. Send your artwork with those details through the custom digitizing form to receive a quoted timeline.
